We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly and in perfect condition. We offer the following shipping options and costs for your convenience:

• Normal Candles: $6,95
• Free Shipping: All orders above $50

Please note that shipping takes 5-10 business days.

Does not ship to customers outside Europe at this time.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for most items. Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns of burned/tested candles. All candles must be in the box and never opened.

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
